Slow Yoga classes to help you find the space between the poses while still retraining the gently rhythm of a flow yoga class. It brings the element of time into practise, allows to create harmony between movement, breath and body alignment, connecting mind and body.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy helps each individual to manage their health by using the principles of yoga and applying a range of yoga practises. A session may include yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), mindfulness & meditation, dietary advice and lifestyle counselling.

At our Wochenende Retreats we like to start the morning with Pilates or a long walk. Some people choose to sleep in which is perfect, too :) Whatever the body needs!
